Roosevelt High School in Boyle Heights and Anne Frank LA in partnership with Anne Frank Center USA at The University of South Carolina, Anne Frank House (Amsterdam), and Anne Frank Fonds (Basel) presented the opening of the international traveling exhibit, Anne Frank: A History for Today, on February 26. On April 26, 2022, led by Los Angeles City Council members Paul Koretz and Bob Blumenfield, the Los Angeles City Council approved and adopted a resolution declaring May 12 as “Anne Frank Day” in the city of Los Angeles..
